Refund policy: Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase order, exceptions apply only with notice of NO RETURN ON THIS ITEM. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns require items to be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging and must include related parts and instructions. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% of purchased price for returned items. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  The purchaser must ship the returned item to GarageDoorPartsNow at their own expence. Returns must accompany A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER provided to you when returns are requested and accepted per e-mail or phone. This RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER  must be posted on the outside of the package. Please provide a copy of receipt with your return.  Return to sender and damaged items will be refused. GarageDoorPartsNow will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Our items are in stock and available for purchase. Should there arrive backorder issues you will be notified the following business day. We will not bill lyour credit card until the item is shipped to you.

Our in stock items ship same or next business day by UPs ground unless requested otherwise by purchaser. Delivery confirmation Service in the U.S, with expected delivery in 2-4 business days. We add $1.00 shipping insurance to orders where appropriate,  Items with weight or length issues may require additional shipping costs. Also available is Express Mail by USPS, $35.00, with expected delivery 1-2 business days. International Shipping is done by USPS Global Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post, Insured, $22.00, expected delivery 7-10 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

Return to Sender and Damaged items with out a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
